Product development roadmap: up-dating our solution to Ethereum 2.0 and adding new features
Paypolitan is releasing its updated product roadmap. It is also containing new features like the credit button and the “earn back” feature.
What is the credit button? During the past months, Paypolitan has been approached by a major peer-to-peer loan platform and we decided it makes sense to add a functionality that allows our app users to pay with an instant credit (provided by this partner platform). When paying for example in a shop for a new laptop, at the payment terminal, instead of selecting one of your bank accounts you can choose to pay by credit…instantly.
The second add on is the “earn back” feature which is an innovative initiative: every user that is using our app for payments will get a part of the paid amount back as a credit he can freely use.
Regarding our first app release, our IT team rescheduled the release for February 2021. It is more prudent than January as the Ethereum 2.0 up-date is creating some technical and performance challenges to our solution and the whole Ethereum eco-system.
Up-Date of our architecture is our aim for the fourth quarter of 2020. Then we focus on the launch of version 1.0 of our app in Q1 2021. The launch of app version 1.1 adding the IBAN payment solution, the heart of our technology, is our task for the second quarter of 2021. In third and fourth quarters we are going to release version 1.3 and 1.4 of our app adding the credit feature and a white label solution. Finally, we are planning to get the E-money license in Q2 2022. The process of obtaining a license is very long, at least a year, and we are filling for it from early 2021.
